Calibration Columns

Koflo pump calibration columns (also known as calibration cylinders) provide a simple method for determining pump flowrate using industry-standard graduations of milliliters/minute and gallons/hour. All columns feature top-aligned graduated scales that allow the operator to survey both ml/min and GPH in a single, one-minute test. High-contrast blue lettering enhances readability in all light conditions, and all scales have a protective lamination layer to protect against chemical attack.

Calibration columns are available in borosilicate glass or PVC construction:

  • Glass calibration columns are ideal for measuring corrosive chemical flow and are available with CPVC, PTFE, and 316L stainles steel end caps.
  • For non-corrosive or mild chemicals, PVC calibration columns are an economical choice.

All column sizes are available and in-stock:

All-New Glass Columns

Designed from the groun up, our newest line of pump calibration columns feature a borosilicate glass interior for extreme chemical resistance and an even higher level of readability when compared to PVC columns. The new design offers an integrated polycarbonate shield for full double-containment of corrosive chemicals with the added benefit of industry-leading impact resistance.

End caps are offered in multiple materials for compatibility with a wide array of fluids or chemicals, including:

  • CPVC
  • PTFE
  • 316L Stainless Steel

Accurate, dual-scale metered graduations

Each Koflo® calibration column comes with two precise graduated scales behind a protective layer of lamination to protect against chemical erosion. These dual-scale metered graduations provide accurate measurements in your preferred flow units.

See Technical Specifications for more information on available scales.
